Super Wash 1000 is an
electric/pneumatic bottle washer with 2 seats, provided with stainless steel little brushes
for allowing to clean simultaneously 2 bottles, inside and out.
This machine works with electricity (24V) and compressed air using a small AIR COMPRESSOR with 5 ATM ( 5,06 BAR).
Super Wash 1000 is a very efficient electric/pneumatic bottle washer designed for
washing a large quantity of bottles (wine, juice, beer, etc.). The hourly production is aprox. 350-400 bottles.
HOW IT WORKS
1) Insert the water pipe and air pipe into their respective nozzles.
Insert the plug of the power supply into the power outlet, taking care to keep the power supply in a dry place;
The machine is ready to work.
Insert the bottles (2) inside both seats and push the lower pedal for beginning the operations: the bottles will drop down and the internal and external washing will begin. After a few seconds, removing the foot from the pedal, the bottles will reappear perfectly washed.
