how does it works?

First of all, you need to choose the types of pads(or papers) to use (among many types) depending on the type of filtration you want to carry out. Filtration is usually divided into "coarse", "polishing" and "sterilizing", but the in this case, "roughing/coarse" and "polishing-finishing" steps solve the main problems of oils.

The first operation is to choose the type of pad or paper.
Then the suction and outlet hoses are connected to the two pipe fittings.
The pads/papers should be humidified before use.

One pad or 2 papers are inserted for every two plates ; once the operation is finished, the two rear handwheels are tightened to tighten the plates well (with pads and/or papers inserted).
The electric pump is connected to the power and the electric pump start button is operated.
The plate filter starts to suck the liquid that passes from the pump to the filtering zone (plates and pads/papers) and then comes out filtered/cleaned from the outlet pipe, to the outside.
