This strong hand-crank sausage filler has a two-speed system for allowing a faster back of the piston.

- Stainless steel AISI 304 cylinder, which base is made in hot tinned steel;
- basement (or feet) are in stainless steel AISI 430;
- racks are made in ground carbon steel;
- Piston made in moplen equipped with silicone packing and vent valve;
- regular equipment: 4 funnels in moplen Ø: 10,20,30,40 mm.
